small fix for reported issues in the latest update 11.0.8

- fix mazzola face
- fix bayer leverkusen issue
- fix referee boot
- 24 teams in MLS
Install:
- replace (SMK_Extra15.cpk) in the download folder of the game
- replace the edit file in the save folder to have 24 teams in MLS
* if you use our (konami only stadiums) then its better to reinstall the patch before installing the update.
